GLASS / Short Drink

RECIPE

Combine the following elements in your shaker :

- 5 cl Panda Gin

- 1,5 cl Spicy Mango Syrup

- 2,5 cl Fresh Lime Juice

- 3 Drops of Mint Bitters

Shake with ice.

Fill pre-cooled long drink with ice to the brim.

Strain liquid into the glass using both strainer and sieve.

Finish off with Premium Tonic Wa-ter & a lime zest, rub it over the rim and stem

GARNISH

Strips of lime zest, black ground pepper & a mixing stick, black preferably.
