Pink Panda

GLASS / Short Drink

RECIPE

Combine the following elements in your shaker :

- 5 cl Panda Gin

- 1,5 cl Guava Syrup

- 4/5 Drops of Rhubarb Bitters

- 1,5 cl Centrifuged Grapefruit Juice

Shake with ice.

Fill pre-cooled short drink with ice to the brim.

Strain liquid into the glass using both strainer and sieve.

Finish off with Tonic Ginger Ale & an orange zest, rub it over the rim and stem.

GARNISH

Long black Straw (cut if too long) or Milkshake type straw

Bouquet of flowers : Fushia, Roses, anything white, pink, purple...
