White Panda

A twist to the classic Gin Fizz. Refreshing, creamy

cocktail. Perfect for a sunny afternoon or desert !

GLASS / Long Drink

RECIPE

Combine the following elements in your shaker :

- 5cl Panda Gin

- 1,5 cl Peach Liquor

- 1,5 cl Whole Organic Milk

- 4/5 Drops of Grapefruit Bitters

Shake with ice

Strain ice from your shaker

Dry Shake

Fill glass with ice leaving two fingers of space

between the ice cubes and the rim.

Strain drink into glass.

Add 3cl of Premium Tonic Soda.

Finish off with an orange zest, rub it over the rim and stem.

GARNISH

Crushed Cinnamon, placed in a small heap on top of the liquid, the tip of the heap should be just above the rim of the glass.
